Biggest Loser - Girl Power

It’s amazing to see the difference in the final four contestants.  It’s the last week on campus and there are no trainers to help push them to the finish line. Rocco returned to make over the contestants’ favorite foods with low cal, low fat ingredients.

The final challenge is a face off with the past.  The players will put on a fat suit, modeled to match the players’ beginning bodies, pound for pound.

The winner will receive Biggest Loser Meals prepared and delivered until the finale.  Plus $10K. The second the suits went on the players are taken back in time, they’re out of breath and miserable.  Mid way through the competition they were able to strip off the suit and feel how far they’ve really come.  Mark won the final competition.

The trainers return right before weigh in to give their teams pep talks and a deadly last chance workout.  Just in time too, because Mark needed a good cry.  Bob was right there to calm him down and dry his tears.  Before the weigh in the contestants receive a surprise, a video reviewing the season.

Roger and Trent began as the heaviest team, over 700 pounds.  The editors made Roger cry with the selected highlights: calls from home, Trent leaving, breaking the 100 pound mark and walking the runway.

Kelly revisited her past, back to the first weigh in when she realized she was the heaviest woman, Paul’s elimination and fulfilling her dream of being a girl.  Jillian was crying more than Kelly watching the video.  Kelly has been an underdog this entire season. She doesn’t come in first, but she always finishes.

Mark is going to curl up in the fetal position and sob on the floor when he sees his video: his first eviction, his return and then Jay’s eviction.  He is a completely different guy, inside and out.

Ali sees her break downs, break throughs and break outs.  She had a rocky journey and confronted a lot of past stumbling blocks.  Jillian predicted Ali would be the winner.  I think Kelly could be the Biggest Loser because she still has some weight to lose and can compete with Roger.

At the weigh in Roger is up first.  Neil lost 143 pounds on campus and Roger wants to beat that record. He has to lose 15 pounds to do it - and that’s exactly what he lost.  He’s lost a total of 144 pounds since arriving on campus.  Mark lost 12 pounds.  These boys are unbelievable.  Mark’s lost a total of 116 pounds in 15 weeks.

It doesn’t look like the girls stand a chance.  Ali lost 11 pounds, for a total of 99 pounds and broke another record: the most weight lost by a woman on campus. She lost 7.53% and moved Roger below the yellow line.

Kelly is the last player up. She has to lose over 12 pounds to stay above the yellow line.  And she did it!  She lost 13 pounds. Time for a girl hug.

Now all they have to do is eliminate Roger and for the first time ever, a girl may actually win this show.  Before they have a chance to celebrate, they learn the elimination isn’t their decision. Instead it’s up to America to decide who’s going home.

Oh, for the love of God, let it be ROGER!!!
