The Biggest Loser is a life changing game. GAME is the key word, because even when families are involved, it’s still a competition. That point is brought home when Vicky had a little heart to heart with Bob. Vicky thinks Brady is holding her back, because she can’t keep up with him due to a knee injury. He’ll get frustrated and rush her to finish up.

Phil and Amy got to go home to see their boys. I’m sure they’re kids were wondering why they’re parents were still fat. One thing has changed, they took the kids for a hike.

Shellay and Amy won 24 hours with Jillian. They went to 24 Hour Fitness and it only took about 24 seconds for Jillian to want to beat Shellay. Shellay is full of excuses. Jillian doesn’t care, she just wants Shellay to give more.

She’ll be put to the test back at the ranch. It’s time for reward challenge. The players are placed in a tank of water, standing on a swing and holding onto a bar. As the water is drained, holding on will get harder and harder. The family that thanks on the longest will win letters from home.

Renee was the first one to let go, then Coleen. Heba left Ed representing the Orange Team. Michelle finished off the Pink Team. 90 minutes into the challenge the remaining players had to hold on with only one hand. They started dropping like flies after that. Amy, Vicky and Brady were the only ones left, then Brady left his wife hanging. Vicky has the added incentive of hearing from her kids. No one held her back from winning this competition. Amy put up a strong fight. Vicky got to choose a second team to receive a care package from home and she picked Amy and Shellay.

It was a big boost for Vicky and Brady.

Jillian could have used a boost when she found out her team didn’t get their extra cardio work in. No one’s shaping up to be a weight loss winner this year.
