Ken and Tina depart at 6:03 AM to Siem Reap, Cambodia. Kelly and Christy have moved ahead in the pack, from last place to third. That’s cuz they’re using their noggins instead of just running around clueless. They sure aren’t getting by on their personalities. Even Dallas doesn’t like them.

Terence got a speeding ticket on the way to the airport, but they were still able to make the first flight. Ken and Tina were not happy to see them.

Starr’s arm wasn’t broken with her run in with a blocart.

Aja and Ty are counting on the great equalizer - the airport. Unfortunately they were so far behind the other teams, they didn’t catch up. All the other teams did catch up to Ken and Tina and Terence and Sarah. Andrew and Dan had a hard time getting a taxi, but taxi drivers are the true equalizer. Which Toni and Dallas found out when their driver took them to a hotel instead of a pumping station. They have to fill a gas tank with 25 gallons using a hand pump.

Nick and Starr arrived at the pumping station and completed the task first. Their driver then takes them to the next clue at Siem Reap Harbor. In the meantime, Christy and Kelly went to several locations without finding the pumping station. Toni and Dallas arrived just ahead of the rest of the teams. Andrew needs to learn how to pump like a man. He and Dan couldn’t figure out to get the pump to work, but all it took was a little elbow grease. After all the other teams left Dan finally stepped up to crank the pump and got the gas flowing. I’m a little embarrassed to see Dan running around in an ASU shirt.

Not as embarrassed as Starr who thought her driver was lost and had him stop for directions. Three teams passed them by but when they arrived at the Harbor they regained their first place position. Terence and Sarah were in first place and their boat broke down with the end in sight. BUMMER! Terence rowed them to the dock to get a detour clue.

Village Life teams will have pick up items from around a village or Village Work, to retrieve fishing traps. Ken and Tina did Village Life, while the other teams did Village Work. Nick and Starr finished quickly and so did Dallas and Toni. Terence and Sarah were on their way to grab the fish traps when they saw the basketball court and decided to complete Village Life instead.

Once fish and objects are delivered the teams go to Angkor Wat, a temple in the capital city. The road block is an exploration of the largest religious structure in the world in search of a small chamber . Once they find the chamber, they will thump their chest so the sound echoes through the chamber. Nick completed the task first and very slyly tucked the clue under his shirt to throw Tina and Terence off the scent.

Nick and Starr were the first team to arrive at the next pit stop - a Buddhist Temple. Aja and Ty were the last team to arrive.
