The Biggest Loser - One Man Weigh Win

The truth comes out. Bob is no dummy and he knows that Vicky and Brady have pulled a fast one at the weigh in. Vicky denies, denies, denies but Bob considers her the biggest game player to ever walk in the door. If he had seen her face when Brady weighed in he would know the truth. I just want to smack that smug smile off her face. She tells Bob that Brady hasn’t been eating so his diet is stalling. If he has a low week this week (yeah, right - like that’s going to happen) then his fate will be in Heba’s hands. By the end of the sit down with Bob, they convince him that Brady’s intentions were good. But that wife…oh that wife.

Time for a little challenge - Eat this or Eat that. The winning team will win a 40 pound advantage at the challenge.

A hot dog or a plate of nachos. - Just say woof and gobble that dog. Save yourself 400 calories

Pasta with a Caesar salad or pasta with a garden salad - du’h that was easy and both players got it right.

Chicken fajita w/ the works or chicken nuggets - Surprise, Surprise the diet don’t is the fajita loaded with sour cream and guacamole. Amy got it right, but Coleen guessed the fat filled fajita.

A bagel with light cream cheese or an egg mcmuffin. The bagel with cream cheese is a loser but both Brady and Phil guessed the egg and ham on an english muffin.

A grilled chicken sandwich with the works or 18 light beers. Well if you pick the beers at least you won’t care if you’re fat but if you take away just one beer, you’ll consume less calories than a burrito. Heba answered correctly and secured a win for the blues.

Heba confronted Phil during dinner but he denied talking about her. She considered it blaspheme (excuse me, who made her God?) If the Blue Team was hoping to cause trouble with the Black Team, it backfired. Michelle and Renee were pissed and Coleen got up and left the room rather than listening to the bickering. The Black Team is totally united.

The next challenge loads the losers onto a harness, fifty feet in the air and they have to hold their combined body weight. The Black Team will have to hold onto an extra 40 pounds. The winning team will be able to sit out one team member during the weigh in, which could be the difference between winning and losing. Coleen freaked out being up that high but she hung in there (Get it? “hung” in there.)

After 30 minutes one player will have to let go. Michelle convinced her team that she was the best choice, and Brady picked up Vicky’s slack. Phil could really feel the difference and it gave the Blue Team a boost to see the rope slipping from his grip. Even though Brady wasn’t much better off. Phil let go leaving Renee and Coleen holding 918 pounds. Coleen dropped out and Renee could only hold on by herself for a few seconds. The Blue Team won (grrr).

Well at least they’re good winners (NOT!) It just made me happy to see Bob punish them with a 10 mile run outside for the last chance workout. Jillian punished the Black Team in the gym. Both trainers managed to squeeze a few tears out of their teams before the end.

At the weigh in, the Blue Team selected Michelle to sit out.  Jillian was pleasantly surprised. Michelle weighed in first and lost 2 pounds. She’s right at 200.

Renee lost 3 pounds which wasn’t great, especially considering how much she’s been losing week after week.

Coleen didn’t have high expectations given her big loss last week. Even so, it was hard to see only 2 pound weight loss.

Phil lost 3 pounds.

Wow the Black Team sucked this week. They lost 10 pounds as a team. Michelle’s 2 pounds didn’t count, so as a team they only lost 1.18%. That’s worse than the two week curse. Renee was the Biggest Loser on the Black Team so I think Phil will be reuniting with his wifey soon.

The Blue Team has to lose more than 11 pounds to win. Brady weighed in and lost 13 pounds, winning the weigh in single handed. Unless one of his team mates has gained weight.

Vicky lost 2 pounds.

Heba lost 6 pounds and Amy gained 11 pounds. No just joking! She lost 6 pounds and is the Biggest Loser on campus so far, at a whopping 52 pounds.

Renee and Michelle debated whether to vote for Coleen or Phil. Coleen doesn’t have the weight to lose but Phil isn’t losing the weight he has to lose. That’s a tough choice. But the Black Team stayed loyal to their core and sent Phil home.
