Madonna’s divorce from Guy Ritchie didn’t strike many as a surprise, especially considering the speculation of her affair of the heart with A-Rod. The bad news is the break up is already getting ugly. Madonna’s camp claims Ritchie is emotionally retarded and unsupportive, while Ritchie’s camp reminds us that Madonna is a control freak. The good news is the pair won’t be making any more movies together.

Téa Leoni and husband David Duchovny announced they have been separated for months. Duchovny was recently released from treatment for sexual addiction. Reports are swirling that Duchovny scored with his tennis coach, though he claims they are just friends and the only balls flying were on the court. Could the news that Leoni found love in the arms of costar, Billy Bob Thornton be any more disturbing? Only if Duchovny asked to watch.

Mackenzie Phillips was taking her drug addictions one day at a time, but it seems to be a losing battle. She was arrested August 27 for possession @ LAX, when she went through airport security. She pled guilty to possession of cocaine and will go into drug treatment. Her costar, Valerie Bertinelli who played little sis Barbara, overcame her own vices losing 40 pounds on Jenny Craig. Thank goodness Ding Dongs aren’t illegal or she would have been busted years ago.
