General Dealer Terms
- Can’t sell below MAP
- Must place an initial order of 1 barrel via our website
- Must sell/buy one Ice Barrel per quarter to maintain “authorized dealer” status
- At-will contract with written notice by either party to cancel
- Dealer must follow our return policies and terms and conditions
- No coupons or sales unless agreed to by Ice Barrel
- No Sub Affiliates
- Must use images and copy provided by Ice Barrel ONLY
- No Bidding on Keywords, Brand Name/Terms
