By far the best way to reset daily

Ice Barrel is by far the ultimate way for me to participate in daily cold therapy. The barrel’s upright build allows me to submerge comfortably (despite being 6’4) and enables me to focus on my breathwork and meditation. It’s ideal for getting the total benefits of a cold plunge and I leave the barrel feeling refreshed every single time.

Love it for pain management

I love my Ice Barrel, its sleek design fits perfectly in my backyard. Shape and size is perfect, it’s also very durable and well insulated. It’s definitely the next best thing to having a cold stream or river in your backyard. I’m an extremely active person and use my ice barrel a few times a week for pain management and recovery from skating and working out.

I’m obsessed with my ice barrel!

I live in Denver, and have a small outdoor patio area. The ice barrel fits in a small space, and it’s super light if you want to travel with it (you can easily pop it in the back of a pickup truck). In the winter, the water stays cold, so you don’t have to put ice in every time (if you live in a cooler climate)! In the summer, I fill it with 100lbs of ice, a couple times a week. It does a great job thermo-regulating the water temp - keeps it cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. I’m 5’10, 180lbs, and fit perfectly in the barrel.
