I purchased my ice barrel a few months ago, and from the start I love it. It’s compact enough to fit in the corner of my garage. I will go from the sauna directly into a cold plunge in the barrel and hang out there for 4-5 minutes. I had some questions regarding keeping the barrel cold and Wyatt was incredible in his customer service, recommending a specific ice machine so I don’t have to run to the store to get ice every time I use it. 5 star product, 5 star service!

Hello there! Here’s a pic of me in my Ice Barrel. I follow the Wim Hof Method and purchased the ice barrel a few months back. I love the design, the height is perfect, even for a fairly big dude like myself. Sturdy enough to sit on before/ after. I got the stand and the cover as well and am glad I did. With this tool, I have been able to enjoy the benefits of cold exposure, recover from workouts, as well as manage a medical issue that I used to take a prescription for.

I just finished my second session in my new ice barrel and I couldn’t be more happy with how you guys have made it possible for me to get cold therapy in my own home! The height and width of the barrel make being in sub 50 degree water as comfortable as possible!

I bought the ice barrel for my husband for Christmas and we both have enjoyed it so much! It has helped my mental health and my daily focus. With the many changes surrounding us, I have felt overwhelmed and anxious throughout the day, but since starting my daily ritual of the ice barrel cold plunge I have felt a mental shift. The sizing is perfect and compact and fits in my small backyard perfectly. I’m 6’2” and there is plenty of room inside. I was impressed on how the temperature of the water dropped very little each day, the cover seals the barrel very well. -
As an avid surfer and someone who is very active, my joints and muscles take a beating. My ice bath is my favorite way to recover. It was hard at first, but now I can stay in for five minutes. When I get out, my body feels completely rejuvenated. I would highly recommend to anyone who puts a lot of wear and tear on their body, and wants to take care of it.

The feeling of being in cold water and the ability to submerge with ease is a major benefit.I personally use it daily to clear my mind and body of stress and anxiety, everyone experiences this!
