Shipping Policy
Ice Barrel ships through FedEx, UPS, or other LTL freight carriers for orders in the U.S. and Canada. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.
Orders to Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii: Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada may take longer to process due to additional requirements. This extended processing time helps us meet location-specific needs and carrier requests.
International Orders (Outside of the U.S. or Canada): We do not cover customs taxes or duties for international orders. Please email us at info@icebarrel.com for a shipping quote.
Add-On Accessories: Accessories will be shipped together with the Ice Barrel unless purchased separately. When purchased separately, accessories will be dispatched individually via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, depending on the best available service.
Delivery Locations:
• Residential Homes: Package will be dropped on the property.
• Apartments: Package will be left in the designated shipping area or with the front desk if available. Please add detailed instructions in the “order notes” section during checkout to help delivery drivers locate your apartment.
• Private Residences: Package will be left on the property. If access is restricted, the package will be left at the nearest accessible point, such as a gate or with security personnel.
• Commercial Addresses: Package will be left on the property.
Package Protection
For customers who did not purchase package protection and whose orders are subsequently lost, damaged, or stolen, Ice Barrel is not responsible for replacing these orders. We recommend adding package protection during checkout for additional coverage.
International Customers (Outside the U.S. or Canada): Please email us for a shipping quote at info@icebarrel.com. Note that Ice Barrel does not cover customs taxes or duties for international orders.
Risk of Loss
The risk of loss or damage to your order transfers to you upon delivery, as specified in this policy. Ice Barrel is not liable for late shipments or deliveries resulting from force majeure events.
