Getting ready

We’ve received your order and are preparing your barrel and/or chiller for shipment. Every unit is inspected and carefully prepped before it leaves our warehouse.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive

  • A confirmation email from Ice Barrel
  • A separate tracking email from the freight carrier (check junk mail)

In transit

For U.S. barrel and chiller orders, please allow 7-13 days from the order date for your product to deliver.

Step 3 / 3

Delivery preparation

Ensure a flat, paved surface (ideally to your garage). Chillers arrive on a pallet and can’t go up steps; barrels come boxed (no pallet).

Some carriers may call, but delivery can proceed without an appointment.

Accessories ship standard.

Our freight team will place items at your garage when possible.

Shipping damage procedure

We take great care in preparing your order. But if your shipment arrives with visible damage, don’t worry — we’ll make it right.

Follow these steps so we can resolve it quickly and smoothly

Accept the delivery

Please take possession of the shipment, even if the outer packaging appears damaged. In most cases, the product inside is unaffected.

Contact Ice Barrel within three days of delivery

Reports submitted after three days cannot be reimbursed by Ice Barrel or the shipping carrier unless pre-approved.
