    Absolutely love my Ice Barrel 500! The full insulation is incredible and I love having the internal seat so I can relax in comfort; I’m 6ft, 250lbs.It has been an every day game changer for me. Doing a cold plunge first thing in the morning gets all cylinders firing and helps me focus easier throughout the day. I’ll do them in the evening as well and it dramatically helps melt the days stress away, forces me to only focus on my breathing, and calms my mind. Sleep, stress/anxiety, and ability to focus has improved. Highly recommend Ice Barrel!

    It’s freaking awesome. Use it twice a day. Not only do you feel incredible afterwards but I’ve noticed less soreness and inflammation from Jiu Jitsu and Mountain Biking. I did a bunch of research before buying and ice barrel 500 is the way to go.

  • Ice Barrel 500 is the BEST!

    I purchased my 1st cold plunge back in November from an inferior company and I quickly became hooked.
