ORDERS ALREADY PLACED
- Orders that have already been placed and confirmed cannot retroactively take advantage of any sales or discounts that begin after the order date.
- If you wish to take advantage of a current sale or discount, you will need to cancel your existing order and place a new order during the sale period.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Please note that our standard cancellation policy will apply if you choose to cancel your existing order to take advantage of a sale.
- Orders can be canceled at any time before they enter the "Shipped" stage. However, a cancellation fee of 4% will be applied to all canceled orders to cover processing, handling, and inventory replenishment costs.

RETURN POLICY
If your order has already entered the "Shipped" stage and you are unable to cancel it, you may return the product as long as it meets the criteria listed in our Return Policy.
